This one’s bright, fruit-forward, and seriously lively.
Sourced from Alaka Village in the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia, this naturally processed single origin is grown at high altitude (1,800–2,200 m) and dried slowly on raised African beds. The result? A juicy, tropical punch in the cup.
Flavour profile:
Mandarin, raspberry, green papaya, and mango.
It’s crisp, clean, and full of citrus and tropical vibes.
Roast: Medium
Process: Natural
Varietal: Ethiopian Heirloom
Producer: Gizaw Alemayehu, Alaka Village
Why we like it:
A great choice if you're into filter coffee, batch brew, or lighter espresso with fruity acidity and loads of clarity. No milk needed here—it sings best on its own.
Handpicked. Sun-dried. No shortcuts. Just a true representation of what makes Ethiopian coffee world-famous.
Roasted fresh in Yandina, Sunshine Coast.
